Return and refund policy

 

We want you to love what you order. Every piece is handcrafted especially for you.

Domestic Orders (India)

As all our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, fit, colour preference, or change of mind once the order has been dispatched.

However, we do accept returns within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

The product is damaged or defective, or
The product received is incorrect / different from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
Original tags and packaging must be intact

Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, you will be offered a replacement or a refund, based on availability and approval by our customer care team.

International Orders

We do not offer exchanges on international orders.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at Befitting27@gmail.com
within 24 hours of receiving your order.

International returns are accepted only after you receive a “Return Accepted” confirmation from our team.

Please note:

Returns must be shipped back within 15 days of delivery
Refunds will be processed for the product value only

Duties, taxes, tariffs and original shipping charges (domestic and international) are non-refundable

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at Befitting27@gmail.com with your order details and issue.
Wait for a Return Accepted confirmation before dispatching the product.
Mark the item(s) you are returning on the invoice and mention the reason.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging with the invoice included.
